What Frightfolio is

A tracker for your own nights at Halloween Horror Nights in Orlando: start a night, log each house as you come out of it, rate it, rank your season, and collect a passport of every house you have done, with the whole event's history back to 1991 to log against. Everything is saved on your phone.

Getting help

Email matthew.tucker.d+frightfolio@gmail.com with the version number from Settings → About and, if something went wrong, what you were doing at the time. Screenshots help.

Common questions

Do I need an account? No. You can log everything without one. An account, made with Apple or Google, opens the Profile page, gives what you have logged an owner and a name, and saves it to your account so it is not lost with your phone. Your ratings also count in each house's average, which never shows whose they are.

Where is my data? What you log is on your phone, in the app's own storage. Without an account it is not uploaded, and deleting the app deletes it. If you make an account, the account and a copy of your log are kept on a server, where only your account can read the log. The privacy policy says exactly what that holds.

How do I delete my account? In the app, Settings → Account → Delete account. That removes the account from the server and leaves what you have logged on your phone. To erase that as well, use Settings → Your data → Delete all data first.

A house is missing, misspelled or described wrong. Tell us the season and the house. The catalog is researched from public sources and corrected as we learn; the source for every description is shown on the house's page.

Where do wait times come from? From Queue-Times.com, refreshed while a season is running. They are the times that service reports, not the app's own; a house the service reports closed shows Closed.

Reviews, posts and comments

Reviews, posts and comments follow the community rules: the show is the point, mark spoilers, no leaks, be decent, keep it about the nights, and 13 and over.

Who can see what I write? Everyone using the app, with or without an account, sees your reviews, posts and comments with your name and @username. A review also shows your rating of the house, scare zone or show it is about. A private account's reviews, posts and comments are public too. Only the list on its profile is hidden.

How do I report something? Open the ••• menu on the review, post or comment, or press and hold its card, then choose Report and the reason that fits. It disappears for you straight away. The person you report is never told who reported them. Matt reads reports every day.

How do I block someone? Choose Block from the ••• menu on anything they wrote, or on their profile. After that neither of you sees the other's reviews, posts or comments, and neither of you is told. Settings → Blocked accounts lists everyone you have blocked, and you can unblock them there.

Something of mine was removed. Your Activity in the Community tab says so and gives the reason. If you think it was a mistake, email Matt at the address above.

Getting in touch. To reach Matt about a post or an account, email the address above. Settings → Community rules in the app has the same address. The privacy policy says what the community stores and for how long.
